Laskin Commons is an open-air center, so each business sets its own hours. You’ll find current hours for every business in our Directory, or you can call the business directly.
Where is Laskin Commons at Hilltop?
Laskin Commons is at 1952 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23454, in the Hilltop area of Virginia Beach.
What exit do I take to get to Laskin Commons?
From I-264, take Exit 20 for US-58 / Laskin Road. The center sits on Laskin Road, with entrances from Laskin Road and Regency Drive.
How far is Laskin Commons from the Oceanfront?
Laskin Commons is about 10 minutes from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and 10 minutes from Town Center, right in the middle of Hilltop’s shopping and dining.
What is Laskin Commons’ phone number?

Is Laskin Commons the same as Regency Hilltop Shopping Center?
Yes. Regency Hilltop Shopping Center is now Laskin Commons at Hilltop. It’s the same location with many of the businesses you already know, plus refreshed storefronts, new walkways and landscaping, and new businesses on the way.
Are businesses open during the renovation?
Yes. Businesses at Laskin Commons are open while work continues on storefronts, walkways, and landscaping. Some parking areas and entrances may shift as work moves around the property, so please follow posted signs. Most of the renovation will be complete by November 2026, with new stores added through 2027.
What new businesses are coming to Laskin Commons?
Goldfish Swim School opens in early 2027, and Ross Dress for Less is coming in 2027. Sign up for our emails or follow @laskincommonsvb on Instagram and Facebook to hear about new openings first.
Are pets allowed at Laskin Commons?
Leashed dogs are welcome in our outdoor common areas. Each business sets its own pet policy, so check before you head inside. Service animals are always welcome.
What is the smoking policy at Laskin Commons?
Please don’t smoke or vape near storefronts, entrances or walkways.
Does Laskin Commons sell gift cards?
We don’t offer a center-wide gift card, but many of our businesses sell their own. They make an easy gift for anyone on your list.
Where can I find job openings at Laskin Commons?
Each business does its own hiring. Contact the business directly or stop in and ask about current openings.
FAMILY & KIDS
Is there a children’s play area at Laskin Commons?
There isn’t a playground on site, but kids still have plenty to do. Kids can take Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes at Gustavo Machado BJJ, swim lessons are coming with Goldfish Swim School in early 2027, and there’s always room for a family dinner.
Are there public restrooms at Laskin Commons?
Laskin Commons is an open-air center and doesn’t have public restrooms. Restrooms are available to customers inside many of our restaurants and businesses.

PARKING & GETTING AROUND
Is there a fee to park at Laskin Commons?
No. Parking is free in the lot surrounding the center.
Is there accessible parking?
Yes. Accessible parking spaces are located throughout the lot near storefronts, and every business is on one level.
Is there a rideshare drop-off and pick-up spot?
There isn’t a designated rideshare area. Drivers can drop off and pick up in the parking lot in front of your destination.
Are there electric vehicle charging stations?
This is something we hope to add in 2027.
Are there bike racks at Laskin Commons?
This is something we hope to add in 2027.
Can I leave my car in the lot overnight?
No overnight parking is permitted.

Who do I contact about a safety concern or issue on the property?
For emergencies, call 911. For non-emergency concerns like lighting, parking lot or maintenance issues, contact property management at 757-627-8611.
Where is the lost and found?
If you left something inside a business, contact that business directly. For items lost in the parking lot or common areas, contact property management at 757-627-8611.
